We offer exhibit tables to businesses and organizations that provide services, technical assistance, and/or resources for farm and food entrepreneurs.

The Support Services exhibit area will be open from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on Friday, December 2nd, at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester. We will have 20 tables available. Additional information on set up and break down will be provided on acceptance.

One 8’ skirted table and two chairs. Additional electrical connections or supplies may be ordered from the civic center.


We are offering a special "early bird" rate of $200 if you apply by Thursday, Nov. 10.
After Nov. 10 the cost is $250. You will be invoiced upon acceptance to Feast.

*Above costs include two exhibitor registrations. Everyone staffing the booth must register for the conference. Additional registrations are $60. Registrations include access to Friday and Saturday exhibit area and Friday evening social event.


If you would like to partner with the Feast! Local Food Network in conjunction with this or another event, please contact us. Any events sponsored by manufacturers and consultants, such as luncheons, training sessions, hospitality suites, etc, that interfere with the conference (including exhibit hours) will not be allowed.


It is agreed that in no case will Feast! or its partners or sponsors be responsible for any loss, theft, damage by fire or water, or injury to any person or article as a direct result of their participation in the show.


Each table operator assumes responsibility for the space leased during the conference and will keep it free from hazards to persons on the premises. Feast! will not be responsible for any injury that may occur to booth operators, their associates or employees.
