SUPPORT SERVICES MINI EXPO 2019

In 2019, we offered exhibit tables to businesses and organizations that provide services, technical assistance, and/or resources for farm and food entrepreneurs.

The Support Services exhibit area was open during the Makers' Forum from noon to 6:00 pm on Friday, December 6th, at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester. We had 20 tables available for food businesses to learn about services, and like in 2018, there was time for each registered support service to introduce themselves to the businesses. 

During the Buyers' Expo, 10am - 2pm, food businesses were at their own vendor booths; support services were welcome to visit those booths to introduce themselves. 

TABLE DESCRIPTION:

One 8’ skirted table and two chairs. Additional electrical connections or supplies may be ordered from the civic center.

TABLE COSTS:

*Above costs include two exhibitor registrations for the duration of the Tradeshow activities, 8am-5pm. Everyone staffing the booth must register for the conference. Additional registrations are $60. Registrations include access to Friday and Saturday exhibit area and Friday evening social event.

SPONSORSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIPS:

If you would like to partner with the FEAST! Local Foods Network in conjunction with this or another event, please contact us. Any events sponsored by manufacturers and consultants, such as luncheons, training sessions, hospitality suites, etc, that interfere with the conference (including exhibit hours) will not be allowed.

INSURANCE:

It is agreed that in no case will FEAST! or its partners or sponsors be responsible for any loss, theft, damage by fire or water, or injury to any person or article as a direct result of their participation in the show.

LIABILITY:

Each table operator assumes responsibility for the space leased during the conference and will keep it free from hazards to persons on the premises. Feast! will not be responsible for any injury that may occur to booth operators, their associates or employees.
